Turkish prosecutors have demanded life imprisonment for a former Turkish military chief suspected of leading an Internet campaign to stir revolt.
Basbug was jailed early January. He is the most senior officer to face trial in anti-terror probes that began years ago and have netted hundreds of suspects, many of them are retired or active-duty military officers.
