However, as no mutual agreement could be reached between the parties regarding the revision of the audit fee, the parties mutually agreed that no sustainability audit services would be provided to the Company for the 2025 accounting period. Accordingly, it was resolved to execute a Contract Termination Protocol in relation to the relevant audit agreement.  Furthermore, taking into consideration the Public Oversight Authority announcement dated 25 June 2025 and numbered 2025-43, it was resolved to appoint DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the Sustainability Independent Auditor for the year 2025, in order to conduct the assurance audit of the sustainability reports and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant legislation. Such appointment will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held.
