("Gensenta") Yönetim Kurulu tarafından, Şekerpınar'da bulunan hammadde üretim tesisleri (makine ve ekipmanlar hariç) ile bunların üzerinde yer aldığı toplam 58.725,12 metrekare büyüklüğündeki arsanın ("Taşınmaz") satılmasına karar verildiği, Gensenta paydaşlarının ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, söz konusu tesiste üretime alıcıya teslim tarihi olarak belirlenen 31.12.2025 tarihine kadar devam edileceği; 09.12.2025 tarihli açıklamamızda ise, Gensenta paydaşlarının devam eden tedarik ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması amacıyla, Taşınmaz'ın alıcıya teslim tarihinin 31.05.2026 olarak güncellendiği ifade edilmişti. Bu defa, hammadde üretim tesisinde üretilen ürünlerin talep koşullarında meydana gelen değişiklikler ile üretim verimliliği ve maliyet optimizasyonu hedeflerine uyum çerçevesinde, hammadde üretim tesisindeki tüm üretim faaliyetlerinin 31.03.2026 tarihi itibarı ile kalıcı olarak durdurulmasına ve tesisin tamamen kapatılmasına, tesiste çalışan 44 personelin iş akitlerinin feshedilmesine karar verilmiştir.In our announcement dated 22.11.2024, it was announced that our affiliated company Gensenta İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s ("Gensenta") Board of Directors had resolved to sell its raw material production facilities located in Şekerpınar (excluding machinery and equipment) and the land on which they are situated, with a total area of 58,725.12 square meters (the "Property"), and that production at the Facility would continue until 31.12.2025, the delivery date determined for the buyer, in line with the needs of Gensenta's stakeholders. In our announcement dated 09.12.2025, it was further announced that, in order to meet the ongoing supply needs of Gensenta's stakeholders, the delivery date of the Property to the buyer had been updated to 31.05.2026.This time, within the framework of changes in demand conditions for the products manufactured at the raw material production facility, and in line with production efficiency and cost optimization objectives, it has been resolved to permanently cease all production activities at the raw material production facility as of 31.03.2026 and to fully close the facility. Additionally, it has been decided to terminate the employment contracts of 44 personnel working at the facility.This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
